This notice records the intellectual-property rights of ATZ Enterprises, a registered partnership firm at 425/A, Gala 10, Raut Industrial Estate, Mahim West, Mumbai — 400 016, Maharashtra, India, and explains what use of our marks is and is not permitted.
1. Registered trademarks
The following trademarks are registered in the name of ATZ Enterprises with the Trade Marks Registry, Mumbai — Government of India, under the Trade Marks Act, 1999:
- Something Else — Reg. No. 5840149 (Class 25) — clothing for men, women and children.
- Something Else (device mark) — Reg. No. 5897148 (Class 25) — clothing, footwear and headwear, including infants' and babies' clothing.
- Something Else — Reg. No. 5910670 (Class 35) — online retail of apparel, footwear, bags, mugs, phone covers and accessories; affiliate marketing.
- The Singularity Project — Reg. No. 5926638 (Class 16) — story books, children's books and educational books.
- The Singularity Project (device mark) — Reg. No. 5926578 (Class 41) — e-book and digital magazine publishing; multimedia entertainment; educational materials.
- The Singularity Project — Reg. No. 5926639 (Class 41) — online publication of e-books and journals; online video; audio and video production.
- The Singularity Project — Reg. No. 5901515 (Class 35) — advertising, promotional and social-media brand marketing; affiliate marketing services.
Trademark registrations run for ten years from their application dates and are renewable indefinitely. Our rights in these marks are actively maintained and enforced.
2. Permitted use
You may refer to our marks in plain text to truthfully identify our genuine products — for example, in a review or news article. You may not, without our prior written consent:
- use the marks, logos, or confusingly similar names on any product, packaging, label or tag;
- use them in a shop name, domain name, social-media handle, app name or advertising;
- register or use any mark, name or design likely to be confused with ours; or
- state or imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by ATZ Enterprises.
3. Counterfeits and impersonation
Buyer beware: products bearing our marks that are not sold through our own storefronts or authorised marketplace listings may be counterfeit. Websites, social-media accounts or sellers claiming to be — or to represent — ATZ Enterprises, Something Else or The Singularity Project without pointing back to this website are not us. We never ask for card PINs, OTPs, banking passwords, or payment to personal accounts.
Counterfeiting and falsely applying a registered trademark are criminal offences under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (Sections 102–105 provide penalties including imprisonment). We pursue infringement, passing-off and impersonation through all available civil and criminal remedies.
4. Reporting infringement
If you encounter a suspected counterfeit product, fake storefront, impersonating account or fraudulent communication, please report it to our contact address with the subject line "IP Report", including links, photos and any seller details. Reports are reviewed promptly and treated confidentially.
5. Copyright
All website content, product designs, book texts and illustrations, photographs, audio and video published by ATZ Enterprises are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution or adaptation without written permission is prohibited, except as permitted by fair-dealing provisions of the Copyright Act, 1957.
6. Changes to this notice
As with all policies on this site, we may amend this notice at any time without prior notice — including to add new registrations or respond to new forms of infringement. The version posted here is the current one.
